"On of the worst and dangerous areas of Stockton ! Lot of homeless people ,junkies drug addicts . If you have kids don not even consider this area .."

"There are lots of loose dogs, fast cars, blind intersections. The schools are good. Lots of community centers and city buses are a good way to get around."
