    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years. It’s a pretty calm neighborhood, everything is walking distance. Its not an overcrowded area and neighbor turnaround is not very common. I’ve had the same neighbors for a majority of the time. Weather is desirable, not too cold not too hot."
