"Great access to all of San Diego and is pretty quiet compared to other parts of downtown. It is generally pretty clean. Seaport village is a super cute shopping mall and is a short walk away. "

"Right next to Gaslamp and a short walk to Little Italy so it’s a great central location. There are a couple historic buildings and the convention center is right across Harbor Dr"

"It’s pretty easy going the worst part is if you don’t pay for your buildings parking it’s thought to find parking and you have to park far from your residence and the tran can take time to move so don’t leave in a hurry"
  • Allan

"The caliber of that schools including academic and sports. More and more communities are having difficulty providing for sport therefore the really on parents to contribute. Consequently if parents cannot afford the cost related to sports. some schools are even phasing out gym class. "

"There are a lot of homeless living vying around here now. It’s very expensive for what you get. It’s not a place for children "

"We have lived in Marina District for 5 years. Only a few blocks to the harbor and shopping. A bit further and you are in the Gaslamp District or Little Italy. If any place qualifies for a 100 as a walkability score this are does! "
