"It’s a great neighborhood for walking dogs. There are wide streets and plenty of sidewalks. I do wish there was more open green space to let dogs run around, though. "

"There are dogs all over the place and everyone is very friendly. People walk there dogs at all hours very comfortably. "
  • Jen G.
"Cute eclectic neighborhood where the people and houses are equally unique and full of character. And it’s so close to all that Adams Ave has to offer... food, drink and shopping. I love it here!"
  • TERESA M.
"20-25 minutes to downtown in the morning commute and park blvd to get home. The skyline makes it a nice way to unwind after work instead of jumping on the freeway "
  • Leonardo D. S.

"great walkability, great bars and restaurants, schools are not that great so private schools or charter schools are a must"

"I have lived her over 20 years and I love the neighborhood. We know and like our neighbors. There are huge music events on Adams Avenue at least twice a year that excellent if you like music. The are has many excellent restaurants, bars, and entertainment. We have an amazing home made ice cream parlor (Mariposa). A good grocery store is close by. Excellent public transportation. The best walking neighborhood I have ever seen. We are close to Balboa Park, downtown, airport, beach, hiking, etc. The local public schools are average but there are nearby private schools that are quite good. The kids around here seem happy. There is a good library nearby."
