    "Lots of car break-ins, shady people hanging around the park on Grasslands Dr. The people in the apartments are nasty, garbage always being dumped in the street. The dog park is nice, that’s about the only thing."

    "live here. good neighborhood. the only issue....is that while we are a Sacramento zip....we are very close to Natomas. the crime is spilling over the boarder and affecting the living conditions and people looking to move in. not good. "
