    "I've lived in this neighborhood fir almost 20+ years, everything about it is awesome, there trabsut, schools, grocery stores, laundromat, fast food, gas stations etc.... perfect location. "

    "movie nights, taco truck nights, town on the green events, music in the park...etc the area is kind of sketchy with a lot of homeless people living every and anywhere. My car has been broken into 2x already but that's on 2times within a 6 year period...so for it being South sac... not too bad I guess. alot of drive-by shootings though...so that's scary."
