It's ironic that the school keeps editing the video on its homepage to remove teachers who are no longer there. At the rate staff are leaving, there may not be enough footage left in the video. It might be time to create a new one that reflects the reality of the school today. Parents should pay attention to the number of job openings posted on the Diocese website. High teacher turnover is a red flag and directly impacts the quality and consistency of your child's education. Don't be selfish and stay simply because YOU have made friends or feel invested in the parent community. Ask yourself whether your child is receiving the education that justifies the significant tuition cost.Families are paying premium tuition, yet many are seeing declining academic standards (lowest scored in the diocese), constant staff changes (not retaining quality staff and replacing with non credentialed teachers) and a lack of stability (so many programs being eliminated, school traditions being let go). Before committing another year and another tuition payment, take an honest look at what your child is actually receiving in return.
