    "So many dog owners in this neighborhood and everyone is friendly! My girlfriend feels very safe walking around after dark with the dog and it's a great place to live. We love it. "

    "the people are so nice, and we are getting a grocery store this year (2018) right nearby! People's Community Market. Very easy to get to SF too. I can get downtown faster than most of my friends who live in SF can."

    "I think if you live in this 'hood you would want to have good security. I live here and my building is very secure. I feel fine walking around during the day. There is McClymonds High School - a technical magnet school down the street. The grounds are well maintained and the teens coming out of there are generally respectful and quiet. I find that most of the people in this neighborhood are very friendly. I walk my dog 2 times per day here - there is a clean grass in some places but there is also trash and broken glass to be avoided. "
