"Emerging area with restaurants offering a huge variety and regular live music. Easy access to Public transportation. The Grand Lake movie theater is a remarkable space - beautiful- organist plays on Friday and Saturday nights and has one of the best sound systems I’ve experienced at the movies. I feel lucky to have it so close and convenient. Then there’s Colonial Donuts. Nothing more to say but get there when the fresh ones are out - amazing donuts and friendly staff. "
