    "The best community I've lived in in years! The lake, tourist attractions, and shopping make it unique. All the restaurants are great. There are farmers' markets, carnivals, and street fairs. And First Fridays are truly amazing, just seeing the community come out and have all types of fun together as a unit."

    "The lake area is a great place to walk, run, picnic, socialize. The local restaurants and shopping are unique. The farmers' market on Saturday is very lively with lots of vendors. The Grand Lake Theater is one of the few community theaters left in the Bay Area."
