"There are a lot of dogs in the area but a few owners are always keeping their dogs off leashes. As a parent with little ones this can be unnerving when overly excited dogs come running towards my kids. Even with much reassurance, I would be much more comfortable with a leash"

"The near by walk-in shops,bars and restaurants makes it unique from must neighborhoods. This neighborhood you can shop for groceries, house whole items as well as clothing you can get your hair and nails done all in walking distance "
