    "We have farmers market on Thursdays, food banks every week, Christmas and fair parades. Poppy festival, flea markers, and go-cart races are fun. The A. V. fair, beach bus, concerts in the park."

    "I walk my dogs all the time and very rarely have I ever had a problem. Once or twice with other dogs out of their years without a leash. Yet, if you catch people outside their house, they'll usually smile or say hello if you say hello first. "
