    "This area is very convenient to shops, restaurant, parks, and transportation. Safeway, CVS, ABC Chinese seafood restaurant are 2 minutes walk. Costco is 5 minutes walk. Chase and Wells Fargo banks are also within 2 and 5 minutes walk. Lagoon is 3 minutes walk. Easy access to 101 and 92. You can people watch at metro center park from your front living room and master bedroom window. SF airport is about 10 miles north. Facing east."
