    "I love how accessible everything is from parks, to restaurants, to community events. It feels like an oasis in the middle of Los Angeles. Neighbors love closing down the block to throw block parties, and this area is the place to be for trick-or-treaters. Although there is a lot of new development and constant construction, I appreciate how different all the homes look. It gives the neighborhood character and a sense that we aren’t locked into making our home look and feel the same as everyone else’s. "
