"Most neighbors own dogs and it’s an easy way to socialize with neighbors. Our association provides small trash cans and bags scattered throughout the community so it’s easy to keep tidy and most people do. "

"Good community for an adult family. Not very motivating for the advancing youth. Quiet noisy with cars and sirens but people are distant and friendly. And about every other house house pit bulls lol. "

"I can’t wait to get out of here! Crime has increased exponentially in the past 5 years! Gun shots heard nightly & every weekend there at least one helicopter flying in circles with spot light. Not to mention, the HOA doesn’t keep anything up- even the neighborhood park is trashed!"
