    "Nice neighbors and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants and stores. Tempe is in the middle of everything. It’s a great location close enough to ASU but not close enough to be part of a college town. "

    "great public transit in Tempe although there buses need to have low maintenance in air conditioning maybe the city planners and developers can get more of those hot buses and drive around for a day I got in one of them in about passed out three blocked my house because it was so hot"
