"There’s a dog park and a tennis court right down the street and everyone seems very friendly. I’ve lived in this area for a few years and haven’t had any problems. 😊😊😊 "

"Not enough outdoor playground for pets, would love to have a small dog park in this community. I am aware a lot of homes have pets here, a dog park will also gather pets owners together and known each other better ."

"Glen Iris park and Giuseppe’s!!! So good!!! Within walking distance to UAB, Alys Stephens center, and downtown! "

"Its a hidden secret. So close to everything and you can walk the roads as it is so quiet. Families with kids are re-locating here as they can be schooled by Alabama Connections on internet or go to Glen Iris or the magnet school downtown. Vacant lots are seeing new house construction. The Red Mountain Trails opened in Spring 2018 and is magnificent! This new trail is 2.2 miles and It links this neighborhood to Vulcan Park. Ive been here since 1996. This area never fell out of favor and is coming up if anything."
