"Gardendale is a hidden paradise in Jefferson county. The interstate takes most of the traffic from the town section, however you are quickly are on the interstate going to Birmingham or Huntsville, and with the new interchange soon can go west to east quickly. Ten minutes from downtown, wonderful schools and churches, shopping and restaurants, great doctors and medical clinics in town, nice friendly people with low crime rate. Large community center with many activities. Great place to live. "

"Gardendale has everything and is constantly growing and evolving. Still is a green, quiet country feel, with city ammenities. Nice schools, subdivisions, planned developments, parks, and shopping. "
  • Cindyandvic
"This is a beautiful safe neighborhood in Gardendale. We have lived here for 1 1/2 years now and love it. It is convenient to everything, yet the neighborhood has generous size lots and many trees so you don't have the feeling of being too close. Very friendly people and a great place to live. Gardendale and Fultondale are booming with more restaurants and retails centers in the works. A great place to live!"
