Open-Space / Amenities - Approximately five and half acres, more than fifty percent of the site, will remain as green / open space and will be maintained with trees, flowers, grass, ponds, and approximately one mile of walking trails.     "I see people walking, riding bikes, stopping to talk to each other. There is lots of light. Quiet neighborhood. There is access to a county park at the end of the road. This is an enclosed neighborhood, so no through traffic. Close to highways.people walking their dogs."

    "I have traveled extensively and as my plane makes its final approach over our northern counties and i see all the greenery i am happy to be living here. 45 minutes from times square and all NYC has to offer and yet i am in the country breathing clean fresh air. I go hiking with my dog in many of there parks every day. They have some of the best schools in the country and no crime. Just a perfect place to live. "
