"My neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. There are not many street lights so it tends to get dark. I have great neighbors, although I don’t talk to any of them. My neighborhood could be friendlier. We all keep to ourselves. "

"None. Old nyack turnpike is an epidemic. Music played for 40 straight hours. Cars drive 70 in a 30. No street lights. It’s a slum"

"very diverse and it's near everything. It's near public transportation. you don't need a car to get around. The neighborhood is quiet. There are many buses that takes you to Manhattan. you have the train that take you to New Jersey. It's a nice place to raise a family. "

"I live here. Honestly anyone with kids that aren't going to private school should stray away from the area. Schools are terrible going through some things, overall everyone in the neighborhood knows everyone. Great cat&dog friendly almost everyone has a dog and even the dogs socialize. "
