The Space:
Guests love our charming and spacious home loaded with all the amenities in a transit-friendly and upbeat neighborhood, directly across from a great neighborhood park, Lovejoy Park. There are three stories of living space, to include the basement level.

Guests will be able to cook at home in the fully-equipped kitchen plus dining and living areas to entertain guests. Dine-in or order take-out with plenty of seating in the dining room for up to 6 people.

Lounge in the living rooms with your friends and family after a long day of seeing the sights, or kick back and put on your favorite show on the smart TVs w/Roku streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.

There is also a dedicated office space in the home, convenient for guests staying on business travel, or simply wanting a place to be online looking up info about their next exciting DC adventure! An additional desk and chair is on the basement level offering some extra workspace for your guests.

The backyard has a back patio with seating for guests to enjoy some fresh air or enjoy some beverages on a beautiful day in the city.

The Neighborhood:
H Street NE, a dynamic one-and-a-half mile stretch in Northeast DC, is known for its nightlife, restaurants, pop-ups, festivals and communal atmosphere.

Centered on its namesake street, H Street NE is a tight-knit neighborhood with an artsy vibe, quirky bars, hip eateries and independent designer shops. The Atlas Performing Arts Center presents films, concerts and plays in a 1930s movie theater. The weekly farmers' market sells seasonal produce and handmade goods, and in the fall, the H Street Festival buzzes with live music and local street food.

Getting Around:
3 blocks to the H St Streetcar (Trolley), offering FREE rides up and down the H St Corridor (& Benning Rd.) with a stop at Union Station, where you can ride the subway or trains around DC and beyond!

25-minute walk to Union Station (Red Line Metrorail) or a short cab ride or drive away.
