Mobile home for rent in Venice Isle Estates, an exclusive 55+ retirement community. Clean and well kept up inside & out. Fully furnished. New luxury vinyl flooring throughout. New area rugs in living room & hallway (not pictured). 3-5 minute walk to Clubhouse #1 with library, heated pool (85 degrees), hot tub & bathrooms. Very nice neighborhood all around. 2 clubhouses, two large heated pools to swim laps or exercise in. Two hot tubs, showers, separate men & women's sauna's. Water Aerobic classes, inside walking exercise classes, Tai Chi classes & much more. Almost every amenity you can think of. Well known entertainment at least once a month in the clubhouse during the Winter season. Dancing & other exercise classes. Weekly Card playing groups meet at Clubhouse one. Tennis courts, putt putt course, shuffle board, corn hole, bocce ball teams that you can be a part of. Air conditioned Workout gym with lots of exercise equipment. Miles of paved biking trails exclusively for walkers & bikers. Just over a mile to downtown Venice & approx. 2-3 miles away from Venice beach. Minutes away from shopping & restaurant's. Spectacular sunsets from your living room. Your little piece of paradise! No smoking inside. No pets. This property is located in the no dog section of the park.

Our 1st priority is to rent annually. Our 2nd priority is to rent for 6 months "plus". Our 3rd priority is to rent for 3 months "plus". No pets allowed. No smoking inside of home.
Rental fees vary by time of year & duration. Currently a one year lease is available for $1600 month with the landlord paying utilities with a $200 cap on utilities (the two of us never went over $200). WiFi, TV, trash & recycle are included.
 ** Seasonal Rental **
Oct through December rents for $2100 month.
January through April rents for $2300 month.
A deposit fee of $1,600, a cleaning fee of $125 & a background check required by the HOA of $100 will also apply. I will pay the $100 application fee.

    "The EastGate neighborhood is a hidden gem. There are a number of nice, older homes on good-sized lots, with many being upgraded with every new owner or already renovated. There are also many future opportunities as you look around. It's a perfect location between historic downtown Venice on the Island, and east to I-75 and the new areas being built out there. There's a Publix a block over and Venice Avenue isn't as busy as Route 41. Even with all the growth and new development, this part of Venice remains low-key and very pleasant. The homes here are a good value for the money and worth either buying and renovating, or buying an upgraded one. One of the best areas in the city that is not on the island, and my family has been here since the early 90s."
