About this House

Our property is part of the Booth Creek Townhouses, ideally situated in one of the sunniest places in Vail with views of Vail Mountain and surrounding ranges. We are three miles east of Vail Village and are right in front of the closest bus stop to town (only a 3-5 min. ride to the transportation center, compared to up to 20 minutes or more for riders further east of Booth Creek). The views are as stunning as our home is comfortable. The photos do not represent recent updates, including new sofas, kitchen appliances, lighting, king bed, and enclosed and insulated former upstairs loft.

We are located right on the bike path. Fly fishing is a few minutes' walk away. The trail head to one of the best hikes (Booth Falls/Booth Lake) in town is only a ten-minute walk from our home as well. Parking is right in front of the door with one stair to get into the unit. Adjacent to the house is the renovated $2.4M 3-acre Booth Creek park with field and tennis courts. Also nearby are the Farmers' Market, the Vilar Performing Arts Center, the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, Walking Mountains Science Center, and Adventure Ridge.

"great place to raise your kids and have a family, people are friendly and lot's of out door activity."
  • Matt 3
"Teach your kids how to walk on the sidewalk and not in the shoulder of the road, 5 feet away. Also, go the speed limit, if someone flashed their lights at you, you’re either going too slow or you’re going to fast, and they are warning you that the fuzz is ahead. Simple logic you would think, but not so simple anymore"
  • Odelasierra
"It has everything for everyone Kids have fun, teenagers have fun Parents have fun and grand parents love it. Good food Nice people Amazing views Tons of activities "
  • Richard.colasuonno
