Den/Bedroom 5 - 65" TV and pull out queen sleeper sofa with en-suite bath (Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a shared hallway bath). All new TVs, 3 Sonos speakers for house.

Brand new gas Weber 48" grill. Large outdoor deck with seating for up to 20 and an 8 person hot tub serviced weekly. Great morning sun and great afternoon light. The trees and deck orientation makes it ideal for afternoon naps, enjoyment.

12 month lease $22,500. Winter months from $35,000 to $45,000 per month. Summer months $35,000 per month. Serious inquires only.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles total (2 in garage, 2 in driveway). No street parking - Vail will tow. Minimum lease: 30 days. No smoking in house. Pets allowed with owner approval and additional non-refundable fee. Monthly rent and security deposit is non-negotiable.

Also, go the speed limit, if someone flashed their lights at you, you’re either going too slow or you’re going to fast, and they are warning you that the fuzz is ahead.
