About this House

We have for rent a very clean 1 bedroom and 1 bath mobile home. It features comfortable living quarters, tile throughout, new gas stove and refrigerator, new kitchen granite countertop, a nice custom closet, and laundry facility onsite.

This home is located in a small quiet mobile home park, where we have great neighbors and are in a very convenient location on the bus line, across from Flowing Wells Public Library and Elle Towne Community Center. We are close to many businesses, restaurants and shops as well as the Rillito River Path and Park - a perfect place to walk, run or bike. We are located only 1.5 miles west of the Tucson Mall, 2 miles east of I-10, and 15 minutes from U of A.

We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate pets at this time. Also it is a non-smoking and non-vaping unit and property.

Rent includes water, sewer, and trash and the tenant pays for gas and electricity.

    "Not a very kid friendly city in general, but if you live on the outskirts of Tucson; East- Tanque Verde/Vail, North (Oro Valley), West(Picture Rocks), and far south (Sahuarita) then it’s pretty nice!"

    "With a lack of concrete sidewalks (just dirt and gravel) dogs freely poop along their walks. Many (if not most) of the owners do not pick up after them. if you walk at night, take a flashlight and keep an eye on the ground. "
