Welcome to Pickwick Places where we host 2 amazing apartments in Springfield's favorite neighborhood, Rountree. The two bedrooms comfortably sleep 4. Marble countertops from a local quarry and coffee from a local roaster add to the experience.

Attention to details make this stay easy, comfortable, and the ultimate Springfield experience.

A two-bedroom suite and full kitchen for the price of a single hotel room.
Rountree Neighborhood is Springfield's favorite historic and urban neighborhood. Centrally located, it offers very walkable sidewalks among century-old homes and trees. Our apartment is located at the corner of Pickwick and Cherry, a boutique shopping district full of local restaurantsmost owned by people living in the neighborhood. We're two blocks from Missouri State University, which adds additional walkability. The neighborhood is very safe, and neighbors are attentive but not nosy or overbearing.

Utilities are included including wifi.
