Walk up the hill to take in the beautiful sunset on the rolling hills overlooking California farmland.
Super friendly to kids, pets, elderly people with limited mobility. Gated community. 1 hour to Los Angeles or Santa Barbara. 30 minutes to best beaches of Southern California. 15 min to Camarillo and Moorpark. 20-30 minutes to Ventura, Simi Valley, and Thousand Oaks.
Great summer getaway!
One large room (studio) with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave) and a bathroom with shower. Large outdoor space with table and chairs and lounge furniture. Charming, relaxing, and comfortable. One queen size bed. Washer and dryer available right outside. Perfect size for a single person or a couple.
We know that people need to work remotely and high speed internet is a priority. We currently have 100Mbps service going to property and access point on the roof of the cottage.
Farm stay, romantic getaway, or just a quiet place for reflection and self-care.
You will be able to access most of the 20 acres of the orchard and the gated community. Lots of opportunities for beautiful hikes or bike rides.
If you love to be surrounded by nature, you will love to stay here.
Furnished Month-to-Month Rental. Includes all utilities and internet.
*No smoking or vaping of any kind. No illegal activities. Animals need to be pre-approved by landlord.

At Somis, due to their commitment to small class sizes and individualized instruction, I have time to address their needs and get to know them and their families. At a large middle school, it's easier for students to get lost or go unrecognized, but in our setting, I spend an enormous amount of time with students and support them in every way possible. My class is always open, and I have parents that stop by, email, or call on a regular basis. We create a partnership that maximizes their success and sends them on a path to success in high school and beyond. I love Somis and I love my Somis students!
