We are East Bay local, independent owners of the home. We previously lived here for many years and truly enjoyed our time in the neighborhood. Its easy for taking walks, and having several local coffee shops just a short walk away makes it especially convenient and enjoyable. We would commute to the city many days out of the week either via San Leandro Bart, driving to the city or even driving to another Bart station for a shorter ride (~15m to Rockridge or MacArthur station).
