  • Lynda F.
"I have lived in this area for most of my life and I have to say its seen better years. It's still a very nice place to live though. You get your noisy neighbors blasting their loud music with hard bass, and people throwing parties next to your door from time to time but all in all, it's nice here. Neighbors are nice, everyone looks out for each other. Lots of cats and dogs. Nice yards, good parking. Everyone pretty much has their own parking even on the street which I like lol. We all respect each other. "
  • Kassandrad
"Transitioning neighborhood, with some older, long time residents (I’ve been here 23 years) but lately some younger families have moved into the circle. Quiet neighborhood, everybody recognizes their neighbors, waves, and while we may not interact with each other frequently it’s a friendly area. Great for walking, or jogging, the circle (4 times around = 1 mile) and since everyone takes great care of their homes & yards, it is a scenic walk. Great schools nearby, my children attended Assumption, Roosevelt, Bancroft & San Leandro High. Convenient & quick location to all the schools, highway whether heading east or west, downtown for shopping, banking, 3 post offices; Marina Square, 880 north & south with 2 options (Marina & Davis) & BART are less than 10 minutes away. Pleasanton is 15 minutes, and d ask is downtown Oakland; San Francisco, depending on where in the city you want/need to go, can be a quick 20-30 minute drive. What more can I say? This is a fabulous area to live, one of the best kept secrets in the Bay Area. Oh, and by the way, the weather is enviable too!"
  • Michelle C.
"Many families and retired couples in our neighborhood. Very quiet and everyone is very respectful of their neighbors. "
  • Ellice L.
"we all love it here, no complaints that I'm aware of just living in peace. we do have a few stores and a couple of pizza restaurants."
  • Cecilia.green
"We have cherry festivals and an abundance of garage sales that help bring the community together! It is a lot of fun."
  • Stephaniecj81
"There are a lot of speeding cars so keep your kids close to you and out of the streets. Also there are no sidewalks near my home."
