About this House

1 bed, 1 bath, first floor, 775 sqft apartment in a 2-unit home. Lots of windows for natural light, radiant heat throughout, stainless steel appliances, and washer/dryer. Off street parking spots. All snow removal and landscaping taken care of by the landlord.

Indoor cats permitted with a $250 pet deposit and an additional $35 per month fee.

This is owner occupied, we take pride in our home and are looking for renters who do the same. Credit and background check through Zillow per applicant 18+ years. Smoking and/or vaping is NOT permitted on the premises. Anyone may apply but tenant selection is based on the following: Complete list provided with application; Monthly household income is at least 2X rent. Income must be verifiable. Track record of responsibility. Occupancy limited to 2 people. Security Deposit (one months rent) will be due within 72 hours of approval and being offered the unit. First months rent will be due 7 days prior to move in with proof of renters insurance for length of tenancy.

All utilities are included with the monthly rent, including internet through Spectrum. Cable add on is an option at renters expense.
