First month and security required. The rental agreement term will be 12-month terms. We do showings Monday through Friday, 10am - 4pm.

**We require applicants to have at least 2 years of good rental history, verified income and we will run a credit check as part of our screening process. There is a non-refundable $30 application fee. The application fee is cash/money order/cashier's check only. We show by appointment only so please email us with your contact information so we can set up a viewing.

    "Dogs are out walking a lot, but theres few areas to take them. The public park bans dogs, theres only 1 restaurant that allows them on the patio, the beaches are off limit for dogs between sunrise and sunset... You definitely have to get creative or travel for your dog to actually run. "
