This neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic, but is less than 1/2 mile to route 4 and 155, and on the bus route. It has city water and houses are on large lots. Opportunities for outdoor recreation abound, as well as cultural programs at the university, in Durham, and surrounding tons like Portsmouth, Exeter, and Dover. "

The quiet neighborhood has no through traffic, and is near the bus system. It is 10 minutes to both Dover and Portsmouth, and close to UNH, with all of its cultural offerings. Oyster River School District is highly rated nationally. Students in Durham have the opportunity to take courses for free at the university in high school, if they have good grades. Durham offers many recreational and community activities, as does the university, Durham also offers many amenities, like city water and trash pick up. It's an ideal place to live - safe, quiet, good activities, proximity to shopping and the ocean, and only about an hour to the mountains, Boston, and Portland."
