About this House

This is a furnished studio above a detached garage (1st floor) in our beautiful and private property, yet only 5-10 min to old town Placerville, HWY 50, grocery stores, etc.

This studio used to be a popular Airbb rental however, we are looking for the right person to live in for a longer period. Ideally one year lease, but we are open to negotiate that.

Keep in mind that the pictures shown are when it was set up as an Airbb - every piece of furniture can stay, there are some extra small dressers for storage not shown in the pictures, bedding, towels, dishes, pots and pans are not included but we could provide.

Everything is nice and newly done. There is a balcony with a grill, laundry inside the garage, on the bottom floor and a covered carport. We have chickens, goats and cats at the property.

Price includes: internet, water, garbage, electricity and propane (as long as it's within a regular usage). We could provide some extra storage in the garage.

VERY IMPORTANT:
Please send us your information, tell us a bit about yourself and current rental/work situation otherwise we won't respond.

Must have a reliable job/proof of funds, good credit score above 600s and clean background check. Security deposit will be requested upon lease agreement signed.

Maximum of 1 medium size pet or 2 small are allowed.

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
