The neighborhood is peaceful. Great neighbors and amazing wildlife in abundance.

The home is just two miles from Placerville Main Street, walking/riding trails and Highway 50. It's less than 5 miles to Marshal Hospital and Apple Hill.

The space is large and includes full size washer/dryer, full bath with rain shower, 65in Smart TV, and is currently partially furnished with a king bed, dresser, small armoire, large corner desk, kitchen table with chairs. The space can be rented unfurnished. There is lots of shared garage storage space. The parking is under the deck and next to private entrance.

Owners live on the second floor and are both educators.

The lease is 3-12 months. Total rent is $1,800, which includes all utilities including electricity, garbage, water, septic, Internet.

No cigarette/cigar smoking on site.

Pets are negotiable with the additional monthly amount.

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
