We are renting out our 2 bed 1 bath 900 square foot ADU on the bottom floor of our home. We are looking for someone who is quiet and respectful to share our home with.
-Separate entrance and parking
-Laundry is the only shared amenity
-All utilities split evenly between tenant and landlord since they are shared
-Our home is in a quiet neighborhood 2 minutes from Main Street Placerville
-ADU has its own private balcony
-Full kitchen with a brand new fridge
-Utilities typically run around $200-$300 depending on the time of year

Rental Requirements:
-Must have verifiable proof of income
-Must have references
-First month's rent and security deposit required upon move in
-6 month lease
-No smoking

    "Placerville is a mixture of Sierra Foothills with bigger city amenities. It's a beautiful area and has a rich history connected to the Gold Rush in 1848. Plenty of recreational opportunities for all ages. "

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
