This is an adorable furnished apt with private deck and washer/dryer, heat and air, direct tv, high speed internet, covered parking, pool and lake. Beautiful Yoga and Meditation Retreat grounds that you can enjoy on 10 acres. Quiet and peaceful with views of the snow capped Sierra's. We have an organic orchard and Blackberry patch and small table grape vineyard. We can't have dogs or cats as our other guests may be allergic. Call me to talk about the place and any questions you may have.
This place would be Heaven for the right person. Maybe you want to be involved with the Retreat. I would love to get a Yoga teacher living here. I left the address visible so you can see exactly where it is, but you cannot drop in as it is gated all around. It is fully furnished but I am negotiable if you want to bring a few things. Call me and I will arrange your visit. You must talk to me before a visit can be arranged. So, call me asap if you want a chance at this unique property with views of the sierras, peace and quiet and privacy.

All utilities , water, sewer, garbage, propane, PGE plus Direct TV and high speed Internet are all included.
That would normally cost you $500 a month, so you are really only paying $1500 for a furnished apt with a pool and lake.
$1800 first month and $1000 security deposit. 6 months then month to month.

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
