"This neighborhood is a Gem. Restaurants, theaters, and even lounges are walking distant, Ravine has miles of trails for access, Over looks Granite Bay and sky line of Sacramento, and even the tips of the Sierra Nevada Mountain range with snow can be seen on walks. Excellent."
