This is an ADU. Owners live in adjoining home . Owner pays all utilities including high speed internet . Private entry. Washer and dryer in unit . This is a small unit ideal for a single person (or two person for short term). You can't beat the views anywhere, it feels like you are on a vacation . Very peaceful and quiet and very safe . Use of pool at owners discretion.We are leaving the lease option at one month in case the renter (or us )is not happy. This has never happened (Our last renter was here almost 3 years ) But things change for people and we wouldn't hold anyone to a lease if they needed to move or they or we aren't happy so we are not asking for a longterm lease even though we would prefer that .Large private covered outdoor patio with table and chairs .

    "This area typically has 2 or 3 well-maintained homes punctuated by other properties that sport long-established junk heaps and rodents. Loud Harleys and ear-piercing internal combustion engines of all sorts can be heard throughout the day, as well as the cries of neglected/abused dogs and other animals (it's rural). We are one of a handful of households who actually USE the curbside recycling service; the rest figure it's "all trash", I suppose. Not a great neighborhood, but some very nice normal people sprinkled throughout the other crap."
