Easy street parking (Garage use for a vehicle is NOT included in rental, but a secure storage area inside the garage is available for your use).
Convenient location: short walk to downtown, restaurants, shops, farmer's market, Amtrak, parks and Marina.

One year lease required, after which the lease converts to a month to month rental. Deposit of $2500. Credit and background check fee of $40 per adult applicant. Tenant(s) is responsible for all utilities. Absolutely NO Smoking anywhere on or inside the property. No pets. Applicants must have credit scores above 680 and NO evictions. All potential occupants must view the entire property (inside and out) before their application will be considered. Inquire for times to view the property and PLEASE tell me a little about yourself, even if it's only your favorite flavor of ice cream. Inquires of "is this still available" will not get a response. If the ad is still listed, the home is still available to rent.
