About this House

Enjoy modern luxuries in a private cabin-like setting while being close to all the best attractions that WNC has to offer. The home is set in a private neighborhood, between the Linville Gorge and Pisgah National Forest. Enjoy some peace and quiet, the sounds of nature, and the bright starry skies. We are a quick walk to 3 world-class 18-hole disc golf courses. High-speed Wi-Fi.

When you walk in you will find a sun-filled professionally decorated space among the trees. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom and bath with a king-size memory foam mattress and a 55-inch smart tv. Also on the first floor, you will also find an open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining room with a dining table that seats 6, and 2 more bar stools in the kitchen. There is also a large gas fireplace and 65-inch smart TV. The Kitchen is well planned out and has all the pots, pans, and utensils to make a gourmet meal. There is also a large deck off the first floor with an 8-person dining table and lounger couch. Downstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms with memory foam Queen mattresses, a full bathroom, and an additional living room. The lower-level living room has a pullout couch with a Queen memory foam mattress and 55-inch smart TV. The deck off the lower level is covered, and a great place to enjoy the snow or rain while relaxing in the rocking or Adirondacks chairs.

Just a few short steps off the lower-level deck outside, you will find a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs.

The bridge to the community has washed out. You will need to use a dirt back road to enter the community and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

  • Boo197171
"There is a small farmers market here. Town is good for main street events often. Area is growing fairly fast, but market is overvalued some years. I’m a local raised here in pleasant gardens area. "
  • Ama S.
"short. i take the expressway from my house to work. traffic is light, and there arent too many stoplights too close togetherm"

  • Rebecca C.
"There’s no place to walk to animals. And there is a ton of curves so if ur walking in the road, there’s a chance u or ur animal could get hit. "
