Room Description

Clean and well maintained full studio with full kitchen with new appliances, oven, refrigerator, stove and living area, in quiet and safe, family-oriented residential neighborhood. Downtown La Mesa is walking distance. This is a family neighborhood, with nice and friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is near La Mesa Secret stairs. Far from busy streets and tucked away in a nice cul-de-sac with beautiful houses on all sides and safe, family atmosphere. This is not a party neighborhood, very family oriented.
Studio attached to house and landlord lives in the mai. house. Well-kept garden and grounds. The price of rental includes all utilities except cable.
Ceiling fan, wall air conditioner, oven, stove and refrigerator, use of laundry room that is in the garage is available for small fee. This studio is meticulously well maintained and the grounds are well-maintained as well, with mature trees.
Utilities included: Gas and electric, water, sewer, trash, internet.
Safe neighborhood with mature trees and clean, well maintained houses and yards in a nice area of La Mesa with views of San Diego. Rental for one person only, no pets allowed, including fish. Looking for longer-term renter who plans on renting at least for 6 months or more.

First month, and $1500 deposit due at signing lease. Credit for renter on the lease age 18 and over must be 720 or above. Background check will be done including past landlords and employment verification. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the driveway, and all outside areas. No smoking or vaping inside the house and will be actively enforced.

False information on an application is cause for immediate denial, and grounds for tenant termination of the lease.

Landlord will enforce guest policy in the lease agreement.
