Clean and well maintained studio attached to a house with separate entrance and large full bathroom in quiet and safe, upscale residential neighborhood. Ten minute drive to SDSU and downtown La Mesa is walking distance. This is a family neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is near La Mesa Secret stairs. Far from busy street and tucked away in a nice cul-de-sac with beautiful houses on all sides and safe, family atmosphere.
Open area with mature trees and plenty of light through door into studio which has a new screen door. The price of studio includes all utilities except cable.
Landlord lives in attached house. Owner has elderly cat that has full access to laundry room. It is meticulously well maintained, with forced air heating, air conditioning unit and the front yard is well-maintained as well. Laundry amenities are available for an extra fee.
Large closet and one large storage area included and are in studio.
Utilities included: Gas and electric, water, sewer, trash, internet.
Safe neighborhood with mature trees and clean, well maintained houses and yards in a nice area of La Mesa with views of San Diego. Looking for renter who wants to rent for at least six months.

Electricity, gas, trash, water, internet included in monthly rent. First month, and $1700 deposit. Credit for renter on the lease age 18 and over must be 720 or above. Background check will be done including past landlords and employment verification. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the driveway, and all outside areas. No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
