Description

Beautiful nine acre property in tranquil Mennonite community. This fully furnished apartment features two large bedrooms upstairs, each with walk-in closets and ceiling fans. Lots of natural light can be found on the upper level. The full bathroom features a double sink and built in wall unit of drawers. Outside the bedrooms is a sitting area with a couch. It also has several built in drawers for clothing, toys, etc.

On the main level you will find a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Enjoy time on the spacious shared front porch or around the campfire. There is parking available outside. The horse stable may also be available for use through a mutually agreed upon arrangement for an additional fee.

Property owner lives on site.

Renters must carry rental insurance. Electric not included in rent. No smoking, vaping, open flame, space heaters or drugs of any kind allowed on property.

This two (queen) bedroom, one full bath guest quarter apartment with private entrance is attached to our primary residence located on nine acres of land, surrounded by farm fields, trees, and a wet weather creek. Guest quarters has its own fully supplied eat in kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave and stove. Shared laundry room onsite. Access to shared beautiful front porch seating, outdoor grill, bicycles, and solo stove. Horse stall also available for additional fee. We currently have two small dogs, outdoor porch cats/kittens, two horses, a mule, and a mix of chickens and ducks. This guest house is designated as a midterm rental. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Renter is responsible for monthly electric fee which will vary depending upon usage. Lease is month to month, not to exceed six months without prior approval. Monthly landlord unit check-in. Landlord to access storage upon request.

There is no smoking of any kind, vaping, drug use or excessive drinking allowed. No open flames or space heaters allowed. Parking is outside in guest parking area, not on circular drive or garage apron. Tenant to report any damage immediately.

One non-aggressive, non-shedding, small, housebroken dog allowed. Larger non-shedding dog may be considered. Must be compatible with on-site free ranging animals.
