Nice home wit fantastic views good appliances private carport in romantic setting.
Glenhaven is a real natural and typical quiet and saresidential community close to restaurants, coffee shop French bakery 10/15minutes and 20 minutes from Safeway, etc. etc. I lived in this property for 10 years and the stairs to the house add fitness look at the pictures please . You have access to Glenhaven's private beach that is only a little walk ,walking in Glenhaven is very nice too.

Renter is to take care of property , no smoking please.
Electric is Pg&e . They bill you . gabidge is regular garbage company they bill you.
water is a flat rate
