About this House

Hello welcome to our lovely cottage located in West Frederick, Maryland. We have lovingly restored this home in 2020 from the studs out. You will find a very spacious floorplan with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the layout has a central living room, dining room and kitchen with a powder room, flanked by a large primary bedroom with en suite spa bathroom and two additional rooms on the other wing of the home with a shared bath. There is also a covered porch and a separate patio with pavers approximately 20x25. We are currently occupying the lower level of the home while we look to split our time between geographical locations for work. Tenant pays one half of utilities (electric, gas, water, trash). Essentially you will be getting a SFH at the price of an apartment rental, because this is also our home we would like someone who will take care of it as their own. We look forward to hearing from you!
