One pet limit. Must be neutered or spayed, up-to-date on shots, licensed, and known by a veterinarian.
Tenant pays all utilities, renters insurance is mandatory.
Owner is licensed broker in the state of Michigan.

When you inquire, you will be sent a prequalification link. After review, if you qualify, management will call for a phone interview and we'll set a showing at that time.

No deposits will be taken until you have physically seen the house.

    "My commute time can depend on the trains sometimes since I live South of my employer. I can usually circumnavigate on Fenton Rd to head north when there is a train across Van Slyke Rd. There is a bus stop or 2 right on Atherton Rd on the edge of Crestbrook subdivision for those who rely on public transportation."

The younger generation use the streets as a race track with no concern of the kids that are on the block for that reason I feel the police presence is needed more but other than that the street lights and well lit I don’t feel too much danger because I know the neighbors in this neighborhood"
