About this House

Newly updated 4 bed 2 bath home in Mott Park. The entire house has been freshly painted, has newly updated floors, and a new kitchen.

Kitchen can be furnished with stove, fridge, and microwave for those who do not wish to bring their own appliances. Recently updated kitchen! Large basement with laundry room. Washer and dryer available. The one car garage has extra storage space as well. The fenced in backyard includes a tri level deck.

Trash removal included in rent. Renter to put untilities (water and consumers) into their own name. Monthly rent is $1400. Move in for $3500 (first month rent and security deposit)!!

We accept animals that can qualify on our insurance policy and that are also covered on your renters insurance. Animal rent is $55 per month and there is a $500 non refundable animal fee.

Step 1. We prequalify with a phone interview prior to showing the home and sending you the application. We do not approve applicants with bankruptcy or evictions in the last 10 years. Applicants must have 3 months proof of income indicating they make at least 3x rent ($4200) per month. Pre screening calls will be accepted Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-noon. Showings will be scheduled for you after prequalification!

Step 2. If you are prequalified you will be invited to tour the home and submit an application. NO APPLICATION FEE

Applications are processed in the order of receipt. Do not hesitate to get your application in!

    "Mostly safe area. Very dog friendly. Quiet all year long. Parks in walking distance and many flint and community events in the neighborhood. Packages are safe on doorstep. Crim runners route. Facebook community. Block club and yearly neighborhood yard sales. Garbage day on Tuesday."
