Beautiful just remodeled tiny home with 2 new add ons. This is a 55 and over senior park. Do not respond if you don't meet this age requirement. This is a park model located in my mobile home park in south Everett. It has a heat pump with air conditioning and heat. It comes with a stackable washer and dryer. Rent includes the home, lot space, water, sewer, garbage, shed, and yard maintenance. One dog under 25 pounds OR 1 cat but not both. Security deposit is $1350. Super quiet nice park. We have a stream with lots of ducks and wildlife. There is only parking for 1 vehicle
