Totally remodeled down to the studs this manufactured home is beautiful. Comes with a shed and carport. Super quiet senior mobile home park. Must be 55 or older. Do not inquire if you don't meet the age requirement. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. Parking can only accommodate 2 vehicles. This is a non-smoking park so no smoking or vaping in or outside of home. There are hookups for a washer and dryer. One small dog under 20 pounds allowed or 1 cat. Mobile Home park is located in South Everett around the 128th area. The address listed is not the correct address. I will give the correct one out when a meeting is scheduled. I do this to protect my current tenants from having hundreds of cars going through. Must have established job or retirement, current rental history and good credit. First and deposit due on signing.

One small dog ok under 20 pounds or 1 cat. No smoking or vaping in or outside of home. This is a smoke free mobile home community. Rent includes home, lot space, water, sewer, garbage, shed, carport and yard maintenance.
