"unfortunately there isn't enough sidewalks... and people drive way too fast on sidestreets, creating a hazard for pets and for children."

"Lots of trees. Meadowdale Beach Park is fabulous. Mountain views. The area could be a little more neighborly. If you're closer to 99, unfortunately, it seems to just be getting worse with vandalism, graffiti and homeless ."

"Don’t pick up after their dog. I’m often picking up other dogs poop in the park. It is nice though that there are a lot of trails and safe places to walk your dog!"

    Picnic Point, Edmonds
"I have lived in this Wingate neighborhood about 32 years. We enjoy large house lots, 1/2 to 3/4 acre on average, filled with evergreen trees similar to what one would find in a local community park. Its attractiveness witnesses many people from Wingate and jsurrounding areas choosing to walk through the neighborhood while enjoying it's unusual native beauty."

"They paved and widened 52nd St so the area is a delight to walk around. I used to walk to Meadowdale park and down to the beach. There's a petting zoo in the neighborhood and churches and a Safeway and lots more. Such a friendly atmosphere and in the fall, the colors are just beautiful."

"Great place to live, and work. Access to shopping, quality rated schools, and medical facilities within 3 mile radius. The 210 homes in the community make up the 42 acres with miles of walking trails. Like living in a rural area within the city. "
