    "I have lived in this Wingate neighborhood about 32 years. We enjoy large house lots, 1/2 to 3/4 acre on average, filled with evergreen trees similar to what one would find in a local community park. Its attractiveness witnesses many people from Wingate and jsurrounding areas choosing to walk through the neighborhood while enjoying it's unusual native beauty."

    "They paved and widened 52nd St so the area is a delight to walk around. I used to walk to Meadowdale park and down to the beach. There's a petting zoo in the neighborhood and churches and a Safeway and lots more. Such a friendly atmosphere and in the fall, the colors are just beautiful."
